Occupational Safety and Health (OSH)

·  Organizing occupational safety and health (OSH) activities at the employer’s level and each workplace within the organization by the methodological norms for applying the provisions of Law No. 319/2006.

·  Drafting and completing occupational safety and health documents by Law No. 319/2006.

·  Conduct general introductory training for new employees and develop the training curriculum for all training phases, along with workplace and periodic checks.

·  Preparing individual training sheets on occupational safety and health.

·  Developing and updating the prevention and protection plan.

·  Conducting investigations in the event of a workplace incident.

·  Assisting with inspections carried out by labor inspectors from the Labor Inspectorate (I.T.M.).
